3.2. Usage Rights: Company may use the completed work for promotional purposes and in its portfolio.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of project-related information exchanged during the course of the project.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement for material breach, with notice. Outstanding fees will become due upon termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
Company's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client under the Agreement.
7. Dispute Resolution
